TABLED- To be inserted as 9.5.13 with all existing numbering thereafter changed: "A Principality has four years from the time of its formation to its becoming a kingdom through the Circle of Monarchs. I think that the 6 month requirement is common sense and is the standard in many other kingdom's Corporas. So I am in favor of that proposal.

Also a note, I believe that there is a typo in the first new business proposal. 4.2.a.c does not exist, so it should either be 4.2.1.a.c., which would make any park eligible for Core Status (WooHoo!) or 4.2.2.a.c which would allow for principality lands to become Associated Lands (also cool because it allows principality lands to vote in Kingdom elections and on Kingdom event bids). It seems like the second is most likely considering the rest of the proposal but we wouldn't want to get people confused, especially if this proposal were to pass as it stands. Imagine the uproar if Bitter Coast was suddenly able to become a Core Land! Madness ensues!
