Corpora Proposal. Currently the corpora does not specify who becomes the Autocrat of Crown Qualifications should all current officers be seeking reelection. I believe that in the event this happens, the group should vote on who is to run Crown Qualifications.
Add - 5.1.3.a. In the event that all officers are seeking reelection the group in question will hold an althing to elect a Autocrat of Crown Qualifications.

The main thing I see on this is time. Doing this will require officers to declare early enough that it can make it on an Althing. This ends up being around Midriegn when all is said and done. Of course it's easier at local level, but I'm specifically thinking about kingdom level which will be, by the nature of the size of the group, more cumbersome.
It think a better solution would be to simply make this a thing regardless. Or make it a part of the quals bid for someone who wants to host quals.

So you are suggesting rather than only having an althing for an Autocrat of Crown Qualls in the event all officers are seeking reelection, we simply just make voting the Autocrat in a standard procedure every time? Another thought that was brought up on the Facebook post was to have it fall automatically to the Prime Minister. I decided not to propose that because at kingdom level the PM may not be available to attend and I felt it would be more desirable to have someone able to be present run the event.

Either of those options would be good to me, though I agree that autocrat should be there. But having an election at kingdom level when time is short will most likely end up with a very short list of candidates.
I also think that another good way to do it is that when a group puts in a bid for running crown quals, they include someone to be the autocrat. There bid wins, that person runs it. This means there would be no question about them being able to be there.

Bidding out crown qualls would be a much more involved proposal than what I have done here, though I do agree it is an acceptable solution. Basically we just need to plug this hole before it becomes an issue.
