A submission for the January Althing as my prior proposal had not included local chancellors.
Proposal - Currently Prime minister and Chancellors are the only Officers not subject to a Corpora test to qualify for office. As they have a large responsibility within the Corpora, I believe they should be tested upon it to match the other officers. Thus I propose the following.
Remove 4.4.1.c.c- Prime Minister Contestants must have passed a reeve’s test with a score of 75% or better. Those who failed an initial test are entitled to a single retest. Add- 4.4.1.c.c- Prime Minister Contestants must have passed a reeve’s test with a score of 75% or better. Those who failed an initial test are entitled to a single retest. They must also pass a corpora test with a score of 75% or better. The corpora test must be open-book and the Corpora may be a physical or digital copy. Remove- 4.4.2.c.c- Chancellor Contestants must have passed a reeve’s test with a score of 75% or better. Those who failed an initial test are entitled to a single retest. Add- 4.4.2.c.c- Chancellor Contestants must have passed a reeve’s test with a score of 75% or better. Those who failed an initial test are entitled to a single retest. They must also pass a corpora test with a score of 75% or better. The corpora test must be open-book and the Corpora may be a physical or digital copy.
