Expand Core Land Range
Currently this issue only affects one park, the Shire of Bridgehaven in New Jersey, however this proposal would continue to expand the range of possible Core Lands. This may be changed further in the future, but as for now this small expansion would extend only slightly further than the current "borders." As of this moment, all Canadian parks under the Goldenvale banner are also under the Northern Empire Principality.
Rewrite 4.2.1.a to read as follows-
a. Core Lands are chapters that:
a) Are sponsored by the Kingdom.
b) Are in good contract standing with the Burning Lands.
c) Are in New England, New York, New Jersey and other parks in the US by vote of the current Core Lands.
d) Are not a part of a Principality.
