The players awoke from an uncomfortable sleep. The last thing each character remembers was being drawn in by the Inter-dimensional machine in Annwyn.
Soon, the players became aware of their surroundings, or lack thereof. They seemed to be trapped in a small, purgatory-like realm. This realm was dark and cold, with a deep, thick colorless fog. This fog limited player vision down to roughly 20 feet. As the party explored, they came to find a large, mausoleum-like building. Surrounding the building were giant skeletons, which seemed to come back to life shortly after each death.
Eventually, the group found somewhat of a seam in the building, large enough to wedge a giant skeleton bone into. By doing do, they were able to apply enough leverage to form an opening, and slip into the building. As the last player entered, their entrance was sealed behind them. The fog in the room cleared to reveal a necromancer, the culprit behind the undying skeletons, and the ruler of the realm. Upon his death, the realm suddenly began to change. The building faded away, as did the fog. Slowly, the cold faded, and natural sunlight could be seen around the players. Large statues appeared around the area, and a natural cliffside formed around the area, leaving only a narrow passageway for anything to get out, or come in...
