Noted that midweek is a field day and not a fighter practice as he originally thought.
Midweek field is has moved from Tuesdays to Wednesdays, and now runs 4-6pm; ending earlier as needed for safety.
No Midweek field 11/23 for the holiday.
Planning on running though as much of December as possible until it no longer is safe to play on ice in the dark.
Midweek gaming session a possibility
Keen Rec Center a possibility for non-com events. However, does require a $125 a day cleanup fee.
Discussed attendance while holding online events for credit. Will continue to hold for color credit until further discussions are finalized.
Looking into an SMS phone tree for inclement weather during the winter. Will be attached to the Facebook page so all members can receive the message should park be moved or canceled due to weather.
Back up park for winter is being scouted should Robin Hood Park be unable to be used. Has been noted that in the past it is not always plowed after a snowstorm and some vehicles have trouble getting in and out over snowbanks. Will be posting details once locations and order of ease to get into are finalized.

Move Saedrik from GVP to CB, update his waivers
Use full names and ORK name when signing into park. There has been confusion of who players are as their ORKs aren’t lining up to what is written on the sign in sheet. Looking for consistency, especially should players travel to different parks.
Keeping up on waivers/ZTP, online document for officers to know who is up to date on waivers/ZTP, as well as who is under 18/under14.
Looking at a “How to use the ORK and AMTwiki” day. Looking for an indoor location with a computer lab.
Incarcarus is going to be looking into the use of the Keene Public Library

Going to be conducting weapon check more often as the colder months come upon us.

David brought up the topic of a bid he is working on
For Kingdom CrownQualls
February 4th, would be held at Troy Community Center (Troy, NH)
Would also be the site of the Caerbannog Midreign (run together)
2 separate fighting tournaments (Weaponmaster, Qualls)
1 A&S tournament with different levels
Feast-o-crat has selected a meal
Page Drailvarr named as in charge of the Weaponmaster tournaments
Page Weaver planning on working with current Kingdom Regent on running the A&S tournaments.
WaA Raposa brought up the following topic
Cold weather is upon us. Winter is coming and now is the time to prepare. You must stay warm! Wear/bring hats, gloves, thermal underlayers, warm socks and gear! Encouraging cold weather garb, would help run something for those interested. Being cold, wet, and miserable means you won’t have fun at park. Prepare for cold weather now, so that more fun can be had.
Fredrick noted at BJ’s is better than Sam’s, however the populace heard that BJ’s are better. Take it as you will. (Put in the notes with instance of populace between fits of laughter [-chancellor note])
Althing was ended with a motion by Incarcarsus, and was seconded by both Don Needle and Page Drailvarr.
Althing ended at 1:41pm
In service,
WaA Raposa of Winterwood
Chancellor of Caerbannog.
