Proposal: change the Kingdom of Goldenvale Zero Tolerance Policy Agreement, section 4, from:
“4. Amtgard, The Kingdom of Goldenvale, Inc. and its constituents have a zero tolerance policy on the topic of minors sharing sleeping arrangements with adults unless their parent or guardian is also sharing the same
sleeping arrangement.”
To:
“4. Amtgard, The Kingdom of Goldenvale, Inc. and its constituents have a zero tolerance policy on the topic of minors sharing private sleeping arrangements with unrelated adults unless their parent or guardian is also sharing the same sleeping arrangement.”
To go into effect as of Great Eastern 2017.

It has come to the attention of the BoD that part of the Zero Tolerance Policy Agreement is causing conflict with local and state laws and statutes. This proposed change would allow, when necessary, sites and events to comply with these requirements.
