Remove restriction of Core Land status from Principalities

PART 1
Remove 4.2.1.a.d "[Core Lands] are not a part of a Principality."

PART 2A:
Change 4.2.1.b.b to "Run and vote for Kingdom Office if not in a Principality."
Change 4.2.1.b.c to "Run and vote for Kingdom Board of Directors if not in a Principality."

PART 2B:
Change 4.2.1.b.b to "Run for Kingdom Office if not in a Principality, vote for Kingdom Office."
Change 4.2.1.b.b to "Run for Kingdom Board of Directors if not in a Principality, vote for Kingdom Board of Directors."

Parts 2A and 2B are contingent on Part 1 passing.
Part 2A and 2B are mutually exclusive. One or the other may pass, or neither, but not both.
